Through the use of a case study, this course is will cover the various tools and processes that can be used by individuals who will be responsible for developing and/or maintaining their workplace Violence Prevention Program. This course will outline:
- Defining Workplace Violence
- Development of Workplace violence prevention policy
- How to utilize the Risk Assessment Template tool and its process
- How to apply the Workplace Violence Program Template
