Employees have the right to know and communicate information on issues that affect their health and safety at their workplace. This section covers the various processes for sharing information from employer to employee. 

Your organization should have a system that allows collaboration between management and employees to

  • Share information regarding hazards, concerns, suggestions and updates
  • Report incidents
  • Submit work refusals
  • Participate in inspections
