AWARE-NS has adjusted its focus to emphasize strategies for workplace safety and injury prevention in the Home Care/Home Support, Long Term Care and Community Services environments, in order to optimize deliverables and remain on target and accountable. There is a positive and collaborative vibe that has developed for AWARE-NS, and we are motivated to build on that success with the implementation of our new strategic plan.
The plan defines the broad strategies and actions for achieving AWARE-NS goals over this three-year period to ensure the organization is directing and aligning its efforts and resources towards the goals that have been established collaboratively with our stakeholder community, and we are looking forward to rolling out the operational plan that brings the strategy to life.
