STEP 4: REPORTING, INVESTIGATING AND DOCUMENTING

Nova Scotia’s “Violence in the Workplace Regulations” specifies the duty to report, document and investigate incidents of violence. In addition, there are requirements to prevent reoccurrence and appropriate debriefing with employees exposed to or affected by workplace violence.
